Rachels Place was founded in 2016 to honor Rachel Loyd, the maternal grandmother of Sheena Jenkinson. Rachels Place was originally designed to assist children from all walks of life to succeed in their communities. Recently, Rachel’s Place has created a sector to primarily focus on the development of student athletes in youth sports. 

 

 

Sheena Jenkinson, MBA

With over 15 years of experience in business, healthcare and now embracing the mortgage industry, Sheena has contributed to the development of the business and maintaining the health of the entities success. 

 

 

Darrell Rushing

The head of the org Darrell Rushing has been a coach for over 10 years while assisting the youth in the classroom. As a Behavior Interventionist for 11+ years, he has proven to be a leader in the community and a mentor to many students striving for success. On the field, he has brought the structure of empowerment, leadership, and accountability for each student-athlete. 

 

 

Demarkis Smith, DPT, PT

Defensive Coach Dr. Demarkis Smith is also no stranger to coaching and developing players to reach their full potential. As a local Physical Therapist and ex-collegiate football player; he brings his expertise to assist Coach Rushing with honoring the mission of Elite 347. 

 

 

Kameo Rushing

As a business owner and focusing in entrepreneurship, Coach Kam contribute to Elite 347 by providing the support needed for the parents that participate in the development of youth sports.
